4. Types of Data Processed, Social Networks, and Links to External Sites

Browsing Data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data that are implicitly transmitted while using internet communication protocols. These are data related to telematic traffic that, by their nature, are not immediately associated with the user but could, through processing or associations with data held by third parties, allow for identification (e.g., the IP address, or the domain name of the computer used by the user connecting to the site, or other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment, among others).
This data is used only for anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the website or to verify its proper functionality. The data may be used for the assessment of responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: they constitute full and incontrovertible evidence of the facts and acts carried out by the user in front of the PUBLISHER, the Data Controller, and/or Third Parties.
The data is considered to be of absolute confidentiality and may only be exhibited and/or provided at the request of parties expressly indicated by law. The Data Controller adopts all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure such confidentiality. The data is retained by the Data Controller for the strictly necessary period and in accordance with current regulatory provisions. After this period, the data is destroyed, and the possibility of obtaining a copy is no longer guaranteed.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of personal data during consultation and/or interaction with this website results in subsequent acquisition (see the previous paragraph 2).

5. Processing Methods
Data processing is carried out primarily using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes and in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, by subjects who are specifically appointed as Appointees and/or Responsible by the Data Controller.

6. Storage
The user’s personal data is retained only for the time necessary to provide accurate responses to their inquiries (point 2.1).
All collected information is stored and maintained in secure facilities that limit access exclusively to authorized personnel. Services are constantly monitored to check for any security breaches and ensure that all collected information is protected from unauthorized access or attempts by third parties to gain possession without authorization.
The Data Controller adheres to all security measures described by applicable laws and regulations in the European Union and adopts all appropriate measures according to the currently most advanced criteria to ensure and guarantee the confidentiality of users’ personal data and minimize, as far as possible, the risks posed by unauthorized access, removal, loss, or damage to users’ personal data.

7. Communication and Dissemination
Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, for the defense of rights, and at the request of competent authorities, data may be communicated to:
A) Employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller to whom the transfer of data is necessary or is anyway aimed at fulfilling the activities requested by the user;
B) Professionals and/or Firms and/or Companies for administration and management that may operate on behalf of the Data Controller;
C) Professionals and/or Firms and/or Companies for the installation, maintenance, updating, and, in general, management of the hardware and software owned by the Data Controller or used for providing its web services.
The recipients of the communication are specifically appointed as Appointees and/or Responsible by the Data Controller.
The user’s data is not subject to any dissemination (i.e., communication to an indiscriminate number of other subjects).

8. User Rights
The User can exercise a series of rights.
Firstly, they have the right to obtain from the Data Controller information on the origin and purposes of the processing of their personal data, the categories of data being processed, to whom or categories of recipients their data has been or will be communicated, the storage period or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine it.
Regarding the personal data provided, the User has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete data. They have the right to deletion of the data, as far as not attributable to legal and contractual obligations, and to restrict processing under certain circumstances. They also have the right to receive from the Data Controller their personal data and transmit it to another Controller without any hindrance.
They have the right to withdraw consent at any time for each purpose to which they may have granted it.
They have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
